Position Description: Visits with those in their home, who are hurting, recovering, in need of prayer or company.
CAV CARES HOSPITAL VISITATION TEAM
Position Requirement: Caring and compassionate with a heart for serving others.
Frequency: As needs arise within our church community.
Position Description: Visits with those in the hospital recovering from surgery, healing from an illness, and in need of prayer.
CAV CARES CARD TEAM
Position Requirement: Caring and compassionate with a heart for serving others.
Frequency: As needs arise within our church community.
Position Description: Sends a personal note or card to those who need their spirits lifted, who need hope and encouragement.
CAV CARES MEAL TEAM
Position Requirement: Caring and compassionate with a heart for serving others.
Frequency: As needs arise within our church community.
Position Description: Prepares or picks up a meal and delivers to those in our church community who are in need.
CAV CARES FIX-IT TEAM
Position Requirement: Caring and compassionate with a heart for serving others.
Frequency: As needs arise within our church community.
Position Description: Provides small home and auto repairs for those who cannot due to financial hardship or illness.
CAV CARES CALL & PRAYER TEAM
Position Requirement: Caring and compassionate with a heart for serving others.
Frequency: As needs arise within our church community.
Position Description: Placing a phone call to those who have lost a loved one, recently had surgery, or have experienced life-altering events and need someone to listen and pray for them.
CAV Worship On The Go
Position Requirement: Caring and compassionate individual with a heart for worship and musical talent in voice or acoustic instrument.
Frequency: As needs arise
Position Description: Bringing a worship experience to the individual/family within their home, who are unable to attend weekend services for various reasons, and would love to have a live worship set brought to them.
