Production Director

The Production Director will lead the Production team and oversee the audio, video, and lighting elements of adult weekend worship services and special events led by the Service Programming Team at Church at Viera. This position will report to the Service Programming Director. This person will oversee all technical and production staff and CREW (volunteers) by recruiting, training, and developing teams to serve the technical aspects of the weekend services at CAV.

Music Director

The Music Director is the bandleader, arranger, recruiter, trainer, and musical counterpart to the Service Programming Director and the Worship Leader volunteer team. The Music Director is responsible for supporting the Service Programming Director in building a worship team that attracts & develops musicians, creates transformative moments, and produces passionate followers of Jesus Christ through the medium of music.

Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator will work with ministries to successfully develop and execute Church at Viera’s brand and communication strategies. This role will maintain all church-wide communication mediums that include print materials, digital media, social media, external marketing, advertising, and web applications. Each piece of communication will be intentional, clear, and effectively communicate who we are, what we do, and why we do it.

Service Programming Coordinator

The Service Programming Coordinator serves as an essential administrative and leadership support role for the Service Programming department and its volunteers. This person will work closely with the Service Programming Director to help coordinate and prepare for Sunday services and special events, providing day to day office support in achieving department goals, and other various administrative tasks. They will also serve as a resource to new volunteer members joining the team, providing information and support as needed.

Facilities Tech

The Facility Tech position requires a detail-oriented person with general knowledge of janitorial and building care such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic facility security. The applicant should be able to work a flexible schedule that allows for weekend coverage and other evenings as assigned.

VPK Teacher

Join our team as we prepare kids for kindergarten! Our weekday preschool is now accepting applications for a part time VPK teacher for the fall. Qualified applicants will be VPK certified or have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood or elementary education.
