Costa Rica Student Impact Trip (Current 8-10th Grade)

We will be partnering with Hope Partners in San Jose, Costa Rica, whose mission is to “rescue children and transform their lives through acts of compassion in Jesus’ name.” Hope Partners does this by walking alongside mothers and children to break the cycle of extreme poverty.
When you decide to “Go,” you will walk alongside them too, by participating in acts of compassion in Jesus’ name. How do you do this during a week-long mission trip?
Two main ways: relational investments and facility improvements.
- Facility Improvement projects could include: Painting classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, murals, desks, chairs, and more.
- Relational Investments could include: Skits, crafts, games, sports, and bible stories for children.
Trip cost includes:
- Airfare
- Hotel accommodations (8 days/7 nights)
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Transportation
- Travel Insurance
- Materials for service
- Translator
- Tour of San Jose Historic District
- Farmers Market
- Day off adventure activity
Not included:
- Airport meals, local souvenirs, HOPE merch, suggested amount $100-200.
