Church at Viera’s Young Adult ministry brings together individuals aged 18-35 in Central Brevard, fostering community through relational connections and spiritual growth. It’s a space where young adults gather to strengthen their relationship with Christ while cultivating meaningful connections with one another.

The Friscos
Hey, we’re Sam and Talia! We’re a young married couple in our 20s. Sam is an engineer and is down to watch all the football games. Talia comes along for the food but will entertain with stories about her preschool students. We like to study different books of the Bible with a verse-by-verse approach. This semester, we will study 1st & 2nd Timothy, two of Paul’s letters to the early church.

The Popes
Steven and Alex have been married for six years and have two toddlers. They met at FSU and are passionate Seminole fans. Steven grew up in Lake Mary, FL just north of Orlando. Alex grew up in Melbourne and attended CAV in middle school and high school. Steven serves in CAV’s high school ministry and alongside Alex on Sunday morning in CAV Kids.
This semester, their group will be going through the book The Questions Christians Hope No One Will Ask by Mark Mittelberg. They will be meeting at CAV on Wednesday nights with childcare provided.

The Livermans
Hi, we’re Scott and Hope Liverman! We love nature, adventure, and sports (playing and/or watching). We have a solid group of singles, married, parents, and engaged couples ranging from mid-20s to mid-30s! Our eccentric group is both lively and calm, and we would love for you to join us. This semester, our group will be going through the book The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer. Childcare will be provided.

Justin and Sam
Since June 2023, Justin and Sam have led Uprise, a young adults group (founded in 2021) whose mission is to support and create influencers for Christ. Our group has gone through several studies of Bible books and topics and has learned from deep discussions springing from our wide-ranging backgrounds, experiences, and love for Jesus and each other. This semester we will be going through Jennie Allen’s Get Out of Your Head series, looking at how God instructs us to deal with toxic thinking patterns.
