By attending this training, you’ll learn how to connect with the families behind the needs on the CarePortal Platform. You’ll learn how to engage face-to-face, offering both resources and connection. This will enable you to engage with people in need on a deeper, more relational level.

This ministry-specific training strengthens our ability as responders to strategically and clearly connect directly with vulnerable families, ensuring consistent, compassionate care. This training ensures interactions are respectful, dignifying, impactful, and most importantly, share the love of Jesus with the most vulnerable in our community.
